What do you get?
A personalized nutritional plan consists of:
An analysis of your current eating pattern: you will keep track of what you eat for 7 days. Based on your input, I will give you advice on which products you´d be better off leaving out, and how to replace them. I’ll let you know if there are any products missing that are indispensable for a healthy diet
A calculation of your calorie requirement: knowing how many calories you need per day to reach your goal is very important. I will give you advice plus a daily menu that matches your calorie goal.
Advice on the ideal proportion of macronutrients. Our nutrition consists of three macronutrients: carbohydrates, proteins & fats. I will teach you in which proportions you can consume them best, and which products will help you with this.
In short, you will learn exactly how much and what you can eat to develop a healthy eating pattern that fits your lifestyle. You start working independently according to the advice independently, and at any moment that suits you.

How does it work?
As soon as your registration is completed, I will get started. I will ask you to fill out a questionnaire and to keep an eating diary for 7 days. Based on this you will receive your advice within 5 working days.
Do you need help sticking to your nutrition plan? In addition to your personalized plan, I offer online coaching (1, 2 or 3 months). You can start right after you receive your nutrition plan. If you opt for online coaching you can contact me 24/7 via email and Skype chat. Also, you get to have one-on-one time with me through a 30-minute Skype video call.
